Yes, we will make an ACH deposit between the 15th and 20th of each month. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, once the tenant signs the lease, we will send you a copy for your records. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we sell real estate in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties. -
How and when do I get my checks?
You will receive your funds via ACH between the 15th and 20th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants must pay through our online portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically one year. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
One month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Generally, within a short time frame. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single and multi-family properties along with commercial. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We will post a monthly owner’s report to the owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Ole Bay Management will hold the security deposit.
