Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, sorry. We require the application, application fee, and half of the deposit in order to hold a property.
How old do you have to be to apply?

You must be at least 19 years old to apply.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is refundable.
Who needs a cosigner?

We only allow a cosigner if you are a student.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

First, you must view the property in person. At that point, our office can make arrangements for you to fill out the application.
How do I pay rent?

Rent must be paid through our online tenant portal.
I want to get a pet. What should I do?

All pets must have written permission from Ole Bay Management, Inc.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

You must give Ole Bay written notice 30 days prior to your anniversary date of your lease.
